Software licence

MILOJOBS LTD grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Milo for your own job search during your authorised access period. You retain ownership of your resumes and other content. This licence does not transfer ownership of Milo’s software, branding or other intellectual property.

Use only accounts and documents you are authorised to access. Do not bypass security, impersonate others, distribute malicious content or interfere with the service. Restrictions on copying, modification and reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law. Open-source components retain their respective licences.

Review application materials and employer requirements yourself. Employer listings and sponsor-register entries can change; neither guarantees employment or sponsorship. Features described as unavailable are not activated by this licence. Our privacy policy describes how information is processed. We do not acquire ownership of your uploaded work.

Access and payment conditions are set out in our terms of service. You can stop using Milo and delete your account. We may suspend access for material misuse, explain the reason where lawful and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Contact support@milojobs.com for support or complaints.

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refund and cancellation rights are described in our cancellation policy. English law applies without removing mandatory protections and court rights available where you live.

This licence covers the current web software. A future app-store release will identify its applicable store licence and purchase terms before download or purchase. No mobile application or in-app purchase is offered through this page.
