What changed, what is available, and what still needs your review.
17 October · Account security
Password submissions are checked for guessable patterns and known breaches. New passwords need at least 15 characters. Breach checking uses a short hash prefix; your password and full hash are not sent to the breach service. If a password is rejected, use password recovery to choose a unique replacement.
Passkey sign-in and account management are available when enabled for the service and supported by your browser and device. Existing authenticator requirements still apply. Keep access to your email and password for recovery.
17 October · Reviewed application preparation
Application preparation can use a saved Resume Lab profile, optional AI document drafts and reusable employer answers. You review a draft before replacing your current document. Questions about work permission and declarations need your own current answer.
A saved draft, handoff or queue item is not proof of submission. Automatic application submission is not active. Complete the employer’s form and confirm its receipt before recording an application as sent.
Reliability and limits
We are strengthening regression checks and recording release evidence. Passed automated tests are not independent security certification, a guarantee of AI accuracy or proof of accessibility conformance. Job-source coverage and service availability can vary.
For current account usage and worker availability, open Service status & usage after signing in. This is separate from a public uptime guarantee. If something fails, keep your draft and report the feature and approximate time.
Report a bug or request a feature
Use Customer support to report a problem or request an improvement. Include the page, what you expected, what happened and your device/browser. Do not send passwords, private CVs or identity documents. Ask for a person whenever you need help.
